The newly renovated Jefferson Marketplace replaced the traditional AYCE dining hall with a neighborhood marketplace, effectively offering students a new and unique dining experience on campus. The facility features a variety of distinct dining options to serve the busy student population, including a café, New York-style deli, a 14-aisle grocery market, tea room, and first-class culinary studio. The Grocery Market features a vegetable butcher, which has been hugely successful at another location on campus. The Culinary Studio provides students with an educational food experience that includes live cooking demonstrations, a learning lab, guest chef presentations, and cooking classes.
